May 2024: Price Changes for CLAPA’s Feeding Equipment

Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays via Royal Mail First Class Post.

There are no time slots, guaranteed delivery dates or tracking available for these orders; this is to help keep costs low. Delivery dates and times will depend on your local postal service. Please ensure someone is at home to receive any parcels; it is up to you to collect missed deliveries even if there is no ‘something for you‘ card left. ORDERS TO THE EU

Following Brexit, customers in the EU must pay additional delivery fees and taxes. From 1 May 2024, CLAPA will send all parcels with duties and taxes pre-paid. Taxes and duties are included in the delivery costs for orders up to £30. For EU orders over £30, customers will be sent another payment link when their order is processed so they can pay any additional taxes and fees incurred. CLAPA cannot control or calculate these additional fees in advance; we apologise for any inconvenience this causes. More information.

Alternatively, EU customers may wish to purchase Dr Browns bottles from this list of Dr Brown’s European Suppliers.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

For customers in the Republic of Ireland, CLAPA Ireland currently has a stock of MAM bottles and teats, which they can supply to hospitals and families in need. We will continue to supply RoI families through our shop, but please contact CLAPA Ireland if you are concerned about delivery post-Brexit.

It will often be cheaper for customers in the Republic of Ireland to use a Parcel Motel service.

WELCOME PACKS

CLAPA can only supply one Welcome Pack per family. We strongly encourage you to wait until you have spoken with your Cleft Nurse Specialist before ordering your Welcome Pack, as if you request the wrong items, we can’t send another pack.
