#FundraisingFriday: Sharleen’s Fundraising Story
Sharleen took part in an amazing sponsored Skydive for CLAPA. She got in touch to tell us her #FundraisingFriday story.
On the 25th March 2018, I took part in a sponsored skydive for the Cleft Lip and Palate Association.
I chose this charity because they are a fantastic charity that helps so many families, just like mine. I chose a Skydive as my event because it was unique, it was risky, it would be memorable and it was also on my bucket list!
I had no huge fears about doing the skydive, it was all just about helping other people like my brother, who was born with a cleft. I raised roughly £1600 with help of so many people!
