Senior Administrator

Details

  • £25,000-£28,000 (per annum, pro-rata)
  • Part-Time (21 hours per week)
  • Permanent contract
  • Reporting to Chief Executive
  • Based at home within the United Kingdom (a few days per annum at the CLAPA Office (E2 9DA) are required for all-staff meetings; travel expenses paid)

Role Description

CLAPA is looking for an experienced administrator to provide support to our Senior Management Team and Trustees with a range of administrative tasks. This will be a varied role touching on many different areas of governance and service delivery and is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with how a small charity like CLAPA operates.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and be highly efficient. They will have genuine enthusiasm for the opportunity to support a small charity’s work and will be professional yet personable.
