Cost of Cleft Care Questionnaire
Do you have a cleft, or are you the parent of a child with a cleft?
What costs have you experienced with regard to cleft care?
A team of researchers from the University of Bristol is exploring the costs you have experienced regarding cleft care for yourself/your child.
As part of this project, they would like to invite you to become involved in a questionnaire and help to increase our understanding of the financial and social implications of undergoing cleft care from birth through to adulthood. The information obtained from the questionnaire will be anonymised and kept confidential.
They are looking for parents of individuals aged 0-20, and individuals aged 16-20 (who are living independently) with:
- cleft lip and palate,
- cleft palate only, or
- cleft lip only
