Opening Hours

CLAPA is a small charity. Our hours of operation are typically 9-5, Monday-Friday, but many of our staff are part-time, and there is usually only limited cover available when staff are on leave or off sick.

CLAPA is not an emergency or urgent support service, and we do not operate a helpline. Depending on your enquiry, it may take several days before we can respond. If you need urgent support, please contact emergency services:

CLAPA is ‘closed’ on weekends, public and bank holidays, and from Christmas Eve to 1st January inclusive.

NHS Cleft Services

CLAPA is not part of the NHS and we do not provide medical treatment. Our staff are not medically trained and cannot give medical advice.

You should contact your Cleft Team for any questions about your or your child’s cleft and treatment.

Visit Us

CLAPA has a small office in a charity hub called ‘The Green House’ in London. From here, we send out feeding equipment and Welcome Packs and store the materials we use in fundraising. Local CLAPA staff come into the office on a very part-time basis.

You must call or email ahead of time if you wish to come to our office for any reason so we can ensure someone is there to meet you.
