Refund policy

We appreciate your custom and will endeavour to deal with any situations regarding dissatisfaction with our service and products as quickly as possible.

To allow us to deal with your query quickly and effectively please keep all invoices and quote your order number in all correspondence.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods. Orders cancelled within seven days will be refunded in full on receipt of returned goods .  Postage costs will not be refunded.

Goods received must be returned unused and in their original packaging to:

Returns policy

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from CLAPA. 

In the unlikely event that the goods sent to you are damaged or faulty please let us know within 7 days of receipt and we will either make a refund or supply replacement items once we have received the damaged/faulty goods back from you.
