Members

Our UK wide network of Parent Contacts are trained to:

• Support others who are going through what you have experienced by telephone, email or home visits
  
• Be a support to the cleft team
• Volunteer at  cleft clinics
• Have an overview of cleft lip and/or palate, including treatment and physical issues
• Understand the potential emotional responses of different family members
• Refer appropriately to others, such as directly to the cleft teams
• Provide information about Clapa's services
  

 All of our parent contacts are subject to Criminal Records Checks and any conversations with them will be confidential.
