My daughter has a 7 week old little girl who has a small cleft in the back (soft palate) She was using the Pigeon Nipple, but Zoe was not getting as much as one would want.  I should mention she is a very good sucker.

We were told to go to the MAM bottles and the newbort teet.  She is feeding better, but recently some started to come out of her nose.  This has not happened for some time. (when using the Pigeon Nipple)

Does anyone have any ideas as to why or any advice?

hi there i also use the mam bottles and have done since my son was a few days old, we tried a differernt small bottle that sounds like the pigeon one, the mam bottles do make the milk come out quicker my son does have it comin down his nose every so often but its normal,
